Trade customers: EU VIES integration.
Trade customers within the EU can now enter their VAT identification number within our shopping basket or their customer account page for validation by VIES, the process takes a few seconds and if the details entered pass scrutiny, the VAT content will automatically be removed from the total due. You can also save your EU VAT details to your account for future use. This site upgrade gives a far more streamlined checkout process for bona fide EU trade customers.

Non EU customers: VAT free sales.
For reference, all of our products now show VAT inclusive / exclusive prices.
Customers outside of the UK/EU territories are exempt from UK VAT - our website will automatically offer you VAT free sales based on your geo location and remove the VAT content accordingly.
