This information page outlines an important change that has come about now that the UK is no longer a member of the European Union.

If you are outside of the UK you are not liable to pay UK VAT - this now includes customers in the EU.

Customers in the EU may still be liable to pay EU import duties / charges - this is outside of our control or remit, Willys-Hifi Ltd will not pay this fee.

Pertinent Information:

Our advanced website is geo-location aware and will only display the correct price details for the country in which you are located.

UK VAT inclusive prices are now only displayed to UK customers, all other countries see VAT exclusive prices.

As an example, here is a product viewed from within the UK:

Our website will automatically detect your location (based on your IP address) and remove the UK VAT.

Here is the same product viewed from outside the UK (The Netherlands):

Notice the VAT has now been removed. You do not have to do anything, the system is totally automatic.
