What happens next ?
Purchasing this service automatically generates a job number - you will receive an email with posting instructions and our workshop address.
We confirm receipt and inspect / refurbish your tweeters. You will receive dispatch and tracking notification when they are ready - current turnaround time is 3 ~ 4 working days.
What if they cannot be repaired ?
We will notify you & return them. We charge a £10 inspection fee & will refund the difference of your original payment (not the return postage cost).
P4 & P5: Place the speakers on their backs then using an old credit or plastic spatula carefully prise out the trim ring from around the bass / midrange unit to reveal the fixing screws. Remove the bass / midrange unit then put your hand inside the cabinet & push the tweeter out, it's a press / friction fit & the wires simply unplug. We require the complete black plastic tweeter housing assemblies.
CDM series: Remove the 3 screws holding the tweeter turret to the cabinet then unplug the tweeters; we require the complete housings.
Please note: If a previous repair has been attempted or the tweeters have been tampered / dismantled we will not get involved.
