Bought this after losing the USB dongle for my NAD microphone. Works perfectly with Dirac Live on the M10 - calibration process was straightforward and the individual calibration file downloaded easily from miniDSP’s site.
The difference in my system was night and day. I’ve got a reflective new-build flat with one speaker in a corner next to floor-to-ceiling windows, which was creating massive bass peaks and brightness issues. After running full-range Dirac calibration with the UMIK-1, bass is much tighter and controlled, the harshness in the treble is gone, and stereo imaging is dramatically improved.
Build quality is excellent and feels solid. Measurement accuracy is spot-on and it does exactly what it’s meant to do.
Paired with the full Dirac upgrade, this was absolutely worth it for fixing my room’s acoustic problems. Highly recommended if you’re serious about room correction.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

In addition to my post from 17/11/2025, here is some information on the final status of the project: Saving the Mission 752 loudspeakers.
Once it was certain that it would be possible to revise the loudspeakers (thanks to Willy), the desire to also replace the low-midrange drivers and convert the crossover to a high-quality version quickly arose. I was fortunate enough to be able to purchase two Burmester 949 MKII midrange drivers from Audax to replace the existing low-midrange drivers (52LFHDA – still available and can be sold). They are practically identical in design, but significantly more refined and powerful. Revising the crossover proved somewhat more difficult because the values of the coils were not printed on them. However, they can be determined by measuring the originals. Mundorf resistors, coils and capacitors of the two highest quality grades were installed. These are not exactly cheap, but once the speaker is finished, the difference is clearly audible. The crossover was also modified slightly. A shunt was integrated into the high-frequency branch. Following a tip in a forum, the crossovers were also moved to the outside. They are currently still on the speaker without a housing. The metal housing provides perfect shielding. As the Willys tweeters are very efficient, they were ‘damped’ slightly. The final cost of the conversion was approximately £600. In return, the speakers now perform at a level that far exceeds their original condition. An exciting project that was only made possible by Willys – thanks to Caroline & Will ❣️

My Linn Keildh 25 year old now good for 2050

I bought the ow2's to replace the original 30+ year old 2008's which were still sounding good. Having already upgraded my pre and power amps with Avondale Audio's offerings and brand new passive crossovers I had little doubt that yet more improvements could be made by replacing such old tweeters and I was not disappointed. It is a have to re-listen to all your favourites again kind of upgrade. Every instrument sounds better but it's the tiny sounds that are more apparent, defined and more in there own space. Yes these tweeters are not cheap but I reckon they are the best available for the SBL's, thank you Willy's for making the purchase possible, easy and quickly. Andy.

Have installed these tweeters in Keltik speakers driven by Klimax DSM Katalyst ExaKtbox both with utopik power supplies and six Dynamik 500 solo's. Immediate improvement over linn alternatives.
Chose the OM-1 version as the room is acoustically " bright ". Currently using standard linn Keltik software for 15/3 tweeters. Tune dem positioning of speakers no space optimisation applied

Have another pair of these tweeters in Ketiks built up from bare cabinets but with old Kef b139 sp1044
constructors drive units units obtained from eBay ..Naim front end . Linn active tune box, Linn lk280"s
all transformer powered. - also sounds good

Id had these speakers for a couple of years. I got the S/H and already the tweeters weren't working when purchased. Played them for and while but parked them up hoping one day to organise tweeters. Well that day finally came and i am blown away. Easily better than my Jamo 507A's and TDL RTL 3's. I drive them with an adcom 5300 and nad as pre amp. I am in New Zealand. The turn around time was within 2 weeks. Saving up for the crossover upgrade.

Was slightly damaged in one corner but managed to remedy so did fit. I will order another one to replace the other side.

This made a massive difference to my 30 year old Linn Keilidh speakers, giving them a new lease of life.

Willy's is an awesome serivce. I needed a 4" midrange replacement that is a drop in exact fit for the IMF TLS50. If you are ordering from the USA, the Monacor MSH-115, 4" is your best option. I live in Pennsylvania and it only took 5 days from the time I ordered to be delivered from the UK. Royal Mail provides tracking. I dropped in cab and was fired up shortly on the same day. Sounds great. Totally worth buying these instead of rebuilding old speakers.

These speakers are challenging to locate. Willy's Hifi filled my order and had it delivered to the doorstep in three days! The packaging was excellent as was the communication.

Perfect replacement for old caps.

Superb upgrade to my old tweeters that blew, they look so much nicer. A little bit of filing and then resoldered using crystal 505, as good as new. They will only improve with time as they wear in too.

David has over forty years under his belt in electronics, and moreover, a genuine interest in all he surveys within this quite often largely under-appreciated art of loudspeaker engineering and design. I count him as one of two operators within this field who truly earn their colours when it comes to reliably informed advice and knowledge. He is also a decent gent, but equally not one to be messed about by time-wasters.

I've not yet installed my tweeters but I do know what to expect, as the reason I get them in the first place is due to a friend having the same setup, so I have no doubt they will be amazing.
I will say that the buying experience was about as good as it gets, with great communication/updates so thank you for a smooth purchase.

I wasn't sure what to expect but the new replacement tweeters are very pleasing to listen to. There is no harshness and they seemed to provide a very airy and broad soundstage. These along with the crossover upgrades has provided a whole new appreciation for my speakers. Fast service with quick turn around time. Highly recommend!

Willys saved my Mission 752 speakers. The tweeters were defective. The original tweeters are no longer available, and it would have been a shame to throw away these really good speakers. I came across Willys by chance in a chat room. Even there, the company and especially the tweeters were highly praised. I contacted Willys and received a very friendly response. Ordering the speakers went smoothly. However, shipping to and from the UK is a real adventure due to ****. It is expensive, cumbersome and no fun for either side. The tweeters arrived two weeks later and were of course installed immediately. The result is truly impressive. Airy, clear highs (previously a weakness of the 752, which tended to ‘hiss’) and a sound image that really thrills me. The ‘old’ Mission 752s seem to me as if they have been swimming in a fountain of youth. Thank you for the good service and the high-quality tweeters. ❣️❣️❣️

I have an old Marantz amp which can drive two sets of speakers quite happily but without fader control. Newer versions have this! I added a second set of speakers but to allow ‘fader’ functionality I needed to control the additional units. A bit of diy adding these attenuator units did the trick. They are easy to connect and have a reassuring feeling with a slight clicking as the volume is increased or decreased.
Very happy with the result!

Worked fine on my DSL201. Combo has preamp volume but this worked fine with the amp fully cranked on both volumes. Its soaked up about 20Watts and gets quite roasty toasty. It'll need a heatsink but works as the diagram shows. A 1uf cap across 1 & 2 also helps add brightness a little bit. Its a simple attenuator for low cost, for something perfect you'd want to look elsewhere.

Bought a matched pair of Hiquphon OW1-92 Tweeters for my ancient Linn Kan’s Mk11.
WOW back to life , if not better , the main difference I hear , is more life, output, depth from the tweeter without taking away what I love about the Kans.
Will order a second set very soon for my other pair.

Loved the extra touch , gaskets, solder and screws.

After 20 years my Monopulse 42a's seemed to be lacking sparkle. Based on photos of my old tweeters Will identified them as Vifa D26NC's and advised these were know to suffer from age related top end drop, but luckily he stocked the updated version. Ordered and received within 2 days and quickly fitted (mounting holes required enlarging a little to accommodate the new heatsink) they sound great! It wasn't my hearing after all!
