Want to return something ? changed you mind ? it's cool, we get it.
There's nothing worse than a vague or sketchy returns policy, ours is very simple, here's a brief outline:
- You have 14 days to make your mind up after delivery.

Want to return something ? no problem, Contact us for a returns number.
- Carefully pack & return the item - you will have to pay for the return postage, this is not refundable.
- We aim to refund valid returns within 7 days of receipt.
Obviously we have to have a few sensible rules:
- The item must be as you received it, in a new, saleable condition.
- The item must be totally unused (tested counts as used...).
- The original packing must be intact with nothing missing.
- Our original invoice must be in the box (not a copy).
- Customers outside the UK cannot reclaim import duties via Willys-Hifi Ltd as this is external to our transactions.
