Monacor SPM-165/8 Midwoofer - Mission 73-LF58W Replacement

So good to hear my music as it should be - LOUD. Great replacement speaker

Was slightly damaged in one corner but managed to remedy so did fit. I will order another one to replace the other side.

I've had my Mission 734s for about 30 years and for the last five or so the bass units have been falling to pieces. I was about to take the speakers to the tip, but didn't have the heart knowing how capable these used to be. I did a little internet research and these Monacor replacements appeared to do the job. Next day delivery from Willys was impressive, as was the killer sound once the replacements were fitted (which was a simple job). I'd forgotten how these speakers make the windows rattle. Very happy customer!

Been looking for a supplier of replacement drivers for some years.
Willy's HiFi had just the parts at a good price and they arrived in a couple of days.

Arrived within 24hrs (Essex to S.Yorks) easy enough to fit, just had to remove the rubber padding on the outer facing edges to fit them within the plastic screwdown original mission covers. Sound good so far! Cheers
