Variable L-pad (or lpad) attenuator / level control for use in domestic loudspeaker systems.
Allows straightforward adjustment of output, making it easy to combine drive units of unequal sensitivity for the best sound balance.
Provides an 8 ohm load on the input terminals regardless of its setting ~ it will not interfere with a crossover, making it very easy to use & optimise your speakers.
The elements are wirewound & it has a rugged heat resistant body. Fine for guitar tube amps upto 70 watts.
The mounting post is 10mm diameter with a 26mm thread length. Supplied with a plastic control knob and mounting hardware.
