Arrived very within a couple of days of ordering. Very robustly packaged. Answered my query promptly, and the product (M-Audio BX5a studio monitor stock tweeter upgrade) was above spec and at a more reasonable trade price than any other on line. Even came with fitting instructions which, despite being competent enough to install myself, when read through were thorough, in clear, logical, steps, and practical - printed out nicely on the accompanying sheets of paper.
