The GRS PRT-8 is a modern reproduction of the classic CTS paper cone phenolic ring tweeter as found in countless historic loudspeakers from the 1960s through to the early 1980s. With a smooth broadbanded response this 8 ohm tweeter works well with a simple 1st order crossover (1 capacitor).
Perfect drop in replacement for a huge selection of models such as the the AR4x, Marantz Imperial 4, 5, 6, 6G, 7, 8, and 9, Radio Shack Nova 7b. Can also be used in the classic Teledyne Acoustic Research AR18s, AR28s + many others.
