There is a huge amount of 4 ohm loudspeaker drive units available, now you can attenuate them to fine tune and match your system.
This L-Pad (or lpad) provides a constant 4 ohm load on the input terminals regardless of its setting ~ it will not interfere with a crossover network, making it very easy to use and optimise your speakers.
Features wire-wound elements within a rugged heat resistant body.
The mounting post is 10mm diameter with a 25mm thread length. Supplied with a plastic control knob and mounting hardware.
We also stock a lower power 50W version.
PLEASE NOTE: if you plan to use this with a guitar amp as a power soak for overdrive you will need to de-rate to 20W as this is outside the scope of normal design operation.
