DRIVE UNITS BY MANUFACTURER:
XO3W-375/3K
Categories: Crossover Networks

Ready built 3 way loudspeaker crossover featuring an OFC high current laminated bar core inductor in the low pass section, air core + laminated bar core inductors in the midrange section and air core + metal film capacitors in the treble section - all components are bonded to the PCB to eliminate possible rattles.
This crossover has a second order (12dB/octave) rolloff with a 3 octave spread between the crossover points. The bass section can be configured for 4 or 8 ohm woofers by simply moving a plug. The treble and midrange sections are designed for 8 ohm drive units. Designed for a domestic environment and has a power rating of 300W.
Connections are by 4.8mm faston / spade push connectors (available here: 4.8mm connectors) . Easy to surface mount inside the loudspeaker enclosure, does not need standoffs.
With a rugged 1.75mm glassfibre PCB bonded to a 4mm MDF backboard this is a very well made crossover representing excellent value for money.
Size: 250 x 115 x 40mm approx.
The crossover was constructed well, I just need to figure out the best way to attach it to my Kef Concertos as they are bigger than the ones supplied by Kef that are mounted on the front of the baffle board.
Thanks for the review Brian !

Excellent advice once again from Will so helpful. Bought and installed I was a bit apprehensive about soldering direct to the terminals including the speaker terminals but took my time and with the guidance of will these have transformed my speaker's to a completely different level. Detail clarity is outstanding brings out subtle Nuance's. I'm so glad I replaced my existing crossovers with these they are better than I could have imagined and are excellent value.
Thanks again for outstanding service.

Fitting these crossovers to a pair of 1971 IMF transmission line monitors has revitalised them and brought them back to something close to their original spec.

I’ve been building my own home cinema as a complete DIY project and reached the stage where I needed some decent acoustic foam for my speaker panels (also DIY!) so I picked up 3 large sheets from here. They were sent quickly, packed well and moreover, are of excellent quality. With them being folded into the shipping box they were slightly creased but after leaving them out overnight on a flat surface, the creases fell out completely. They’re now in place and doing their job brilliantly. Cheers Willys Hifi!

Very nice deep bass look amazing with my custom made speaker
Great speedy delivery and very easy to fit. The plastic in my drivers had perished and they had suffered one too many parties! No need to make any adjustments (someone above did suggest that). I just screwed them in and the foam compressed into place. Before and after below (before I changed speaker number 2). Thank you!
Thanks you very much for the kit. I found back my kelidh after nearly 27 years. The filter were really dead and one tweeter damaged. Very happy to decide to repair/ upgrade rather than change. I found back tone and stereo stage like in the old days probably even better.
I didn't know soldering material was so important thanks for providing some.
Quite easy to recap filter and change tweeters.
Also wanted to thank you for this little note hand writen in French just for me. Very nice attention to see.
Next step is the next question do I change first the drivers with the monacor as I ve lost dust caps but they still work properly or do I change my old arcam alpha 8. Is there really something to gain moving to an newer arcam sa10 or Radia a5? Are newer amplifier much better than the old days one?
